stunnel doesn't create tunnel

Hi All, I'm trying to create SSL tunnel between my server and remote application server and according to log file, stunnel fails to 0.0.0.0:43 Service [SZR] (FD=716) bound to 0.0.0.0:443 (although connect and accept are configured for this service). I'm using stunnel on Windows and apparently I'm doing something wrong - any hint or advice would be appreciated. I was searching for the reason, but couldn't find any pointer... Thank you!
