After more research, stunnel and blue iris now working on IOS 13.4.1 sslVersion = TLSv1.2 <--- added this to stunnel.conf [BlueIris] accept=1440 connect=192.168.0.2:8080 <---- tried 8080 failed, tried 127.0.0.1 failed cert = stunnel.pem Like I said not an expert,
